SymbolIDs are no longer unique thanks to 2525C and some EMS symbols. Here are the EMS symbols that reused symbol IDs. Like how EMS.INCDNT.CVDIS.DISPOP uses the same symbol code as STBOPS.ITM.RFG (O*I*R-----*****)
